Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Ready-to-wear items are shipped via tracked delivery and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping may take longer depending on the destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom-Made Orders
Custom-made items are produced specifically for you based on your measurements. Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Production time for custom pieces is typically 3-6 weeks.
- You will receive updates as your order progresses through production.
Payment
We accept payments via Paystack, which supports debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and secure. Full payment is required at the time of order.
Privacy
We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, measurements) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your measurement data is stored securely and used only for your custom orders.
