1. Ready-to-Wear Collection

Skip production time. Shop pieces ready and waiting.

This Ready-to-Wear collection features outfits already crafted and available in store. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days only) for a seamless shopping experience.

Each piece is pre-made in our standard sizes, with fabrics carefully selected — no customisation required.

To ensure the perfect fit, please compare your body measurements with our size chart before placing your order. Selecting a size that does not align with your measurements may result in an imperfect fit. Our size chart is conveniently displayed on every product page for your reference.

2. Made to Order Collection

Each piece in this collection is crafted from scratch, tailored to your personal measurements and made in your selected fabric and colour.

These outfits are not available for immediate pickup or delivery. Production requires approximately 7–10 working days (weekends excluded). Delivery or in-store pickup will commence from the 10th working day.

  • Product images displayed serve as style and design references only.
  • Fabric selection must be made from the fabric options provided, as these are the only fabrics currently available.
  • While the design of the outfit remains unchanged, the length can be customised to your preference.
  • If you require an outfit urgently, we kindly recommend shopping from our Ready-to-Wear collection.

Browse our curated accessories and jewellery pieces. Accessory items ship immediately and are a great way to complement your outfit.

4. Payment

We accept payments via Paystack, which supports debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and secure. Full payment is required at the time of order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Made-to orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the bespoke nature of the pieces.

6. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, measurements) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your measurement data is stored securely and used only for your custom orders.
